A new FAQ on plagiarism has been added to the Resources area. This FAQ was written for practicing teachers and lecturers to raise awareness of the problem of plagiarism.

'E-moderation' is the term used to describe the monitoring and management of online forums. These skills are becoming increasingly important as more-and-more work is carried out online. This paper defines e-moderation and explains the main roles of the e-moderator. it should be of interest to anyone in charge of an online forum.
